Delivery to Germany
We offer free and climate-neutral shipping with DHL within Germany. This service applies both to the billing address you provide and to alternative delivery addresses. Your order will usually be delivered within 1 to 4 working days after completion of your new piece of jewellery, provided that the delivery address is complete. If, despite our careful checks, there are any delivery bottlenecks, we will contact you immediately to find a solution.
Delivery to the EU
For climate-neutral delivery to the EU we charge a flat rate of 5,95€. Your order will usually be delivered to the EU within 5-8 working days after completion of your new piece of jewellery, provided that the delivery address is complete.
Where is my order right now?
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking link for DHL. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking data to be displayed online.

Returns
