All our jewelry is handcrafted by us in Hamburg, Germany in small quantities and with great attention to detail.

We only use high-quality materials for our jewelry: Handmade Murano glass, freshwater pearls and 925 sterling silver, gold plated with 24 carats

Note: We use a durable 19-strand stainless steel wire with protective plastic coating for our pearl necklaces. To store your necklace, simply roll it up carefully to avoid kinking and it will last you a lifetime.

Delicate jewelry likes to be cared for in a delicate way:

• Take off your jewelry before exercising and going to bed
• Take off your jewelry before bathing
• Avoid direct contact with perfume and body lotion
• Store your jewelry gently in its packaging
• Clean and polish your jewelry with a soft cloth

We offer various payment options, including PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, Apple Pay and Klarna. This way you can pay according to your wishes.

To redeem your discount, simply enter your voucher or discount code at checkout.

Once an order has been placed and processed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel or change the delivery. Please contact us with your order number so we can review your case and work together to find a solution.

• Shipping within Germany is free of charge
• For shipping to the EU we charge a flat rate of 5,95€.

The production of your new jewelry usually takes 3-5 working days.

Once your jewelry has been shipped, you can expect delivery within 1-4 business days via DHL for Germany.

For deliveries to the EU, you can expect delivery within 4-8 working days via DHL.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking link for DHL. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking data to be displayed online.

Your satisfaction is important to us and we do our best to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days to return it.
